New Moon in Aquarius
On February 9, 2024, we will experience not simply a New Moon in Aquarius, but a “Super New Moon”, in this sign at 5:59 pm EST (adjust for your Time Zone).
This means that the moon, in its orbit, is closest to the earth, adding intensity to its influence.
During a New Moon, the sun and moon are in exact alignment and it is often referred to as the Dark Moon due to its invisibility from Earth. It is a time of reflection, a time to go within and set intentions, plant seeds, create new ideas and make plans for the following 28 days.
This is a time of new beginnings. A fresh start! Things that no longer serve your highest good will fall away naturally, bringing a new found freedom.
The Aquarian message is that life is dynamic and everything is in constant motion. Life is always moving forward, never backward and, in Aquarius, this is happening more rapidly than ever.
