Total Lunar Eclipse in VIRGO

ECLIPSE SEASON is now upon us, with the first Eclipse of 2025 occurring on March 14th: 2:55 am EDT (adjust for your Time Zone) at 23* in the Mutable-Earth sign of ♍️Virgo. This is a Full “Blood” Moon/Total Lunar Eclipse, bringing with it, intense & profound TRANSFORMATIONAL energy.

ECLIPSES ARE PORTALS FOR CHANGE!

A BLOOD MOON derives its name from the reddish hue cast on the moon during a TOTAL LUNAR ECLIPSE. While the Sun illuminates the Moon, at its peak phase, during a Full Moon, at the time of a Total Lunar Eclipse, the earth comes between the sun and moon, in perfect alignment, blocking this illumination and casting this reddish shadow on the moon. Symbolically, it draws us inward for reflection and release, with greater intensity and urgency, than during a Full Moon. It is like a Full Moon on steroids and its impact can last for 6 months or longer.

Due to the fact that this Virgo Lunar Eclipse aligns with the South Node of the moon (PAST), it affects our collective karma, calling for a Release of any old, deep-seated, hidden, buried or suppressed wounds and directing us toward healing them in a healthy way. The North Node represent the FUTURE and our collective destiny and Pisces is all about compassion and unconditional love.

VIRGO is the sign of Daily Routines: Work * Service * Health & Wellness.

The Moon’s Nodes are calculated mathematical points where the moon crosses the Ecliptic: NORTH (FUTURE)/SOUTH ((PAST). Their sign placement dictates where the eclipses will occur for~ 18 months and they entered the signs of Virgo/Pisces in January 2025: Balancing the Physical & the Spiritual!

This will require responsible & conscious action toward releasing any victim consciousness (shadow energy of Pisces) as we embrace the “Aquarian” Age.”

Saturn is the planet of responsibility, structure and boundaries and it is, closely, aligned with the Sun, in Pisces, during this Lunar Eclipse. It urges us to take responsibility for our thoughts, deeds and actions, stay true to our core beliefs and leave the rest to Divine Order.

It puts a positive spin on this Eclipse’s “Powerful” Message of Transformation.

Mercury, the planet of all types of communication, will turn Retrograde, on March 15th, the day following thisVirgo Lunar Eclipse and since Mercury RULES Virgo, it will have an important influence during this Lunation . . .especially; during the next 3 weeks, changing our perceptions and how we look at things in our everyday world.
